By engaging Super Swift Sites you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Services
Super Swift Sites provides conversion-focused website design and development for Australian small businesses. Deliverables and timelines are agreed upon at the start of each project.
Payment
- A deposit is required to commence work
- The remaining balance is due prior to site launch
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive
7-Day Delivery
Our 7 business day delivery guarantee applies from the date we receive all required content and approvals from the client. Delays caused by late content or feedback may extend the timeline.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, required content, and timely feedback. Super Swift Sites is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or late client input.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final payment, you own the website content and design. Super Swift Sites retains the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hosting
Hosting fees are billed as agreed at project commencement. Failure to pay hosting fees may result in suspension of service.
Limitation of Liability
Super Swift Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website.
