We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with your website.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover the time allocated to your project.
Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be charged for work completed to that point. Any amount paid beyond the value of completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.
Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you to revise it at no additional cost within the agreed revision rounds. We are committed to resolving any issues before final payment is collected.
Hosting Fees
Prepaid hosting fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but will not be charged for future periods upon written cancellation.
